Purchase limits

Here you can specify the highest possible amount and the quantity of the item that the program will not exceed. What for?
For example, you want to purchase one car of a certain model, but there can be a lot of such cars at the auction. In this case you put all those cars on your bid plan and specify the desired price. And to avoid the situation when the program buys several cars for you, you can specify the limit. When the program is trying to bid on something, it checks
- if the "Use purchase limit" checkbox is on, the amount and the quantity of the items (including the current item) should not exceed the current amount and the quantity of item already won
- if the "Use purchase limit" checkbox is off, no limits are active.
